I need finish my website -classified ads website- [login to view URL] It is a website for Peru. There is NO frameworkds, CMS. It is original code PHP. Requirements: - URL friendly (all URL, even serching URLs) - URL in home and margin right (desktop) in all links - Mobile version (NOT responsive design) with own CSS for mobiles and smartphones - Ad a field in the searcher: Departamento + Provincia + Distrito (Department + State + District) - Ad a box in margin left with main important terms that users search in the webstie (real terms users are looking for inside the own website) - User Area: move pictures insede user area (up and down) - Admin feature: can delete and block email, IP, and other terms - Sphinx for search engine Terminar web de avisos clasificados para peru.
