Building Car Maintenance Website -- 2

I am looking to build a website for Cars, The Concept of the website is to provide 2 main categories of services 1) Car Maintenance & Parts 2) Car Care, Modification and Protection In the home page, the customer will see all pictures and writings about our services and the advertisement videos will play to show him what services we offer, then once he clicked on any services of the services we offer he will get a page like this: [login to view URL] so he can chose from the drop down menu the main catagories, sub catagories, select his car make, model and year. Then he can describe what he is looking for, we also want to add some checkboxes and drop down menus to make it easier for him to chose and describe what he is looking for. Then he will select if he need the service immediatly or at estimated date ( u will need to put a calander so he can sellect the suitable date). He will upload the files and photos. Then he can register for new account or login if he already registered before. Then it will give him estimation time to get a replay for his request this should be done automatically and I can control the time that gets displayed to the customer on that page. The Customer page will have an update about his projects, we can upload invoices, Quotations, Pictures, reports so the customer can follow with his request. It also has the option to pay online using [login to view URL] It should be search engine friendly and can be SEO
