I would like a wordpress site designed and developed for a vacation rental. I need it to be fast, with great seo, design, availability calendar, blog, pictures, etc., etc. Website Project Requirements Design and develop a custom wordpress website for a vacation rental unit. Requirements include: • A fast, responsive and mobile friendly website that consistently scores Excellent or Good on [login to view URL] • A professional, sleek, modern design, that is intuitive for the user to navigate • An availability calendar for 3 units • Links to social media including facebook group, Instagram, pintrest, etc • A channel manager to automatically sync calendars, rates and reservations across other sites including AirBnB, VRBO, HomeandAway, Flipkey, TripAdvisor, etc. • Containing and first optimizing lots of photographs on the website • Ability to add forms to collect emails and to hold campaigns • Integrated with an email manager (e.g. MailChimp etc) to run email campaigns • Setup of a google dashboard to monitor and manage analytics • SEO content advice to maximize google organic search for the website and BLOG posts • Training on use and basic content update of the site once completed • Online payment process; credit card and paypal • SSL protected website • Ability to collect reviews from guests on the site and place custom reviews and testimonials • Displayed in multiple languages (English, Spanish, German, Norwegian, French initially, others possibly later) Potential For Ongoing Work In addition I am interested in the possibility of ongoing maintenance of the site for security and SEO performance, as well as content updates and future modifications.
