Hi there, I am very experienced with moving sites and can do this for you perfectly. Of course your hosting company can't provide html code if the site was built in wordpress - it is based on PHP and MySQL database. I can transfer (or just make exact copy) your site to the new hosting and then make any changes you want before we redirect domain name and make it live there. I can recreate the site as it looks and functions now in your own Wordpress custom theme. It will be build on a theme platform that allows easy modifications to site "elements" usually without requiring code. If you want to move an element such a as an image it just requires dragging that element or whole section to the spot you like it to be etc. This makes your site very flexible. I can get most "text" content off the current site, but if the images are not owned by you I may have locate and get other "creative commons" licenced images. Any extra text content and any specific images - you will have to provide. As for your request for "several modifications" after the re-creation of the current design - my suggestion would be to incorporate some of those modifications into the "re-creation" design to begin with (less cost for you). I would happy to hear what those mods are before starting the initial project.
