We need to replace a single page with little-to no content, with a content-rich page set that permits easy addition and change of content. We expect that this would be built in Wordpress or equivalent. There is a back-end platform completed to MVP and we are currently in final Beta with a full launch mid 2018. Interaction between the front-end and back-end is through a single hyperlink, so there are no issues with integration. We expect this page set to contain things like news, what to expect once inside the site, how payment works and fee structures, information about our partners, information for our suppliers, etc. Virtually all of the material to be included is already available in one form or another, but will need to be extracted from its sources (including people) and revised to suit the website. The site needs to use the currently existing design elements and logos.

i can finish this on time and almost on half of the budget you intend to spend. I have done tens of project like this. i will be using the CODEIGNITER platform and on top you can have user access control levels as well if you want. My freelance profile is not complete but do not be deceived by it. Please contact me for demo of similar CMS done by me.
