I'm looking for a developer to build a PROGRESSIVE web app (PLATFORMS), that can track my registered vehicles via GPS (200 mile radius) and record my subcontractors arrival times & departure time automatically etc. I want all the data accessible on 1 website. I also want to have the arrival/departure times transmit to our desktop web app automatically . My ultimate goal is to create a program that will tell me the best drivers to dispatch based on all the current locations (among other variables)! Just like UBER & LFYT....
