I want to build a website where the public can find makeup artists in their area. finding makeup artists at short notice can be hard. I want the website to feature: 1. general public like you or me able to sign up and create a job post. 2. Makeup artists are able to apply for the job. They can make a profile for free but to apply they must sign up to the monthly subscription. (profile to include their age, experiences past employers, and previous work. links to social media accounts etc) 3. Only when the makeup artist applies for the job can the user see their profile and portfolio of work. 4. No contact details are given until the user accepts the makeup artist to do the job.
