Build an iOS and Android app

Hello I am in need of a team to design and develop a new budgeting app for a finance startup. I am looking for a thought partner/ team to complete the following work: Design & Development Design a complete mockup of all screens needed for a new finance app to be developed for iOS and Android. Design the app logo to be used on iOS and Android. Complete a wireframe for all screens In order to complete this work, the designer should have the following skills Experience designing apps, including having the foresight to understand what is needed for each screen in the app Technical understanding of how to secure and encrypt sensitive data. Creating understanding of what would make an app look good or professional. Functional understanding of what would be needed on each app screen. Apps that would be comparable in inspirational design would be Robinhood (simplistic look and feel), and comparable function would be mint’s budgeting or prism’s payment function. The developer would need to be experienced with API implementation As a deliverable, I am looking for a complete and functional app that can be added to both iOS and Android developer accounts. I have user stories that can help with the design and development, and I am usually available to answer questions quickly. Please provide estimated time frame and costs in your bid along with profiles of of relevant work. I will provide specific project requirements once selected. Thank you.
