API Expert For Callfire.com Integration to Paypal

Create a white label interface with call fire. **note call fire has a white label program BUT not for the uses I want. I contacted callfire and they are 100% fine with creating API code to in essence white label their program. Functions: End user searches for local USA based phone number in Call fire but it would have look and feel of my site. End user then purchases the phone number using paypal with paypal credit card options. Need to pay my account which then pays call fire. So need to integrate payments of paypal. This includes monthly billing.. End user then gets full access to their purchased number using Call Fire interface BUT it would look like my site.. I think you get the idea so far.. we want to create API version of white label for call fire service (they have many btw and we are ONLY interested in: purchasing local USA numbers, their call reporting features, call whisper feature, and finally use the call reporting reports to intergrate a billing of pay per phone call or pay per live lead explained below) **At this point if you interested in this project then I suggest you go to call fire dot com visit their "Developer Section" and walk thru the buying process of purchasing a local USA phone number to get better idea of the scope of the project*** Call fire dot com offers call reports for each phone number. They have API code to integrate their call data so I would like to create: Billing/tracking system that would have the following functions: Bill customers via paypal API on the number of phone calls answered. Have function build in that bills phone calls answered only and set a time range before bill the call. For example if phone call is less then 60 seconds then no bill.. If phone call is answered and longer than 60 seconds then billed. Also have feature to allow certain number of unbilled (FREE) calls per month. For example, set feature to have 4 free answered calls longer than 60 seconds.. the 5th call answered over 60 seconds would be Billed at rate predetermined. So variables include: # of free calls per month 0-100 (answered by live person and over 60 seconds talking) Set the number of seconds per answered call before it is billed. 0-300 seconds) And integrate with auto billing with paypal. important NOTES: Please only apply for this project IF you are qualified...
