Affiliate website / plugin

I need to create affiliate website. It can be based on any existing system, for example Wordpress + Affiliate WP. Just hast to be modified to my needs. The difference is we do not sell products, but buy. Affiliate gets percentage of the buy-in price. The best would probably be to create a plugin for some existing cms like Wordpress, Joomla etc., so it can be used on multiple sites. But not required! 3 different accounts - client, affiliate, admin a) affiliate 1) creates an account - name, website, email, username, password, payment email (this account has to be approved by admin), receives email after approval 2) affiliate link for his ID is generated - to share on his blog, website (for example, his id is A25, so affiliate link will be [login to view URL]), link visible under his account overview, his account also shows the % of commision 3) under his account, he sees an statistics how many visits there were from his site, how many clients actually sold their equipment to us, and how much is his share - total visits / completed transactions / earnings 4) in his account, under the history tab, there is a table showing the history of transactions - date / transaction completed (y/n) / earnings 5) cookie life is 60 days (has to be updatable by admin) b) client 1) comes to website, fills quote form 2) data is saved to database under new or existing client ID (based on provided email address) 3) email with formated data is sent to admin 4) client and affiliate are linked together - affiliate gets all commisions from client, even after year.. if affiliate1 brings client1, they are linked together forever, even if client1 follows affiliate2 link, the commision is still paid to affiliate1 5) fields for the form and database: name|email|model|brand|option1..option10|textarea|date c) admin 1) affiliate overview - can edit their info, commision, and approve new affiliate users 2) statistics - total price of bought items, total paid earnings to affiliates, affiliates with highest earnings 3) quote overview - each frontpage quote entry will be saved 4) quote details - all client transaction data are directly updatable, \all fields can be updated by admin 5) can set the transaction to accepted 6) when accepted, affiliate user gets commision base on the his percentage Simple frontpage with form, does not need any styling, just to have to desired functions.
