This is an urgent requirement. Looking for someone based in Delhi NCR. We have a news website where users can register. The website is already made, but we need to add one function to the website. Function: All logged in users will get a notification if someone commented on the same news piece that they have also commented on. On the register/sign-in page, two groups are available for users to join. Each group has a maximum capacity of 25 people. The group members receive notification for each other's comment.
