Simple AngularJS and REST Proof-of-concept on existing Website

Assignment: Proof of Concept Web Site using AngularJS, JQuery and REST/AJAX. Two modal dialogs, one for register/login, the other to perform a small workflow simulating "payment". The modal dialogs will be required to call remote REST/AJAX queries. Importantly, this proof of concept will act as a demo site and act as a working 'integration guide' for future developers. On an existing static HTML web-site (one of 7 similar pages), allow a user to register via a Bootstrap-Angular modal dialog. Upon submit, call a REST API on a server to perform the registration. Perform simple form validation and display errors where appropriate. The page allows a user to log-in by displaying user-name/email and password - logging in only consists of prompting the user for their previously registered email address, and making a REST request to see if a user with that email address exists. If they exist, the page changes to remove "Register" and displays their name somewhere. When registered, automatically log the user in. The pages will allow a user to make a deposit using a modal dialog - if the user is not logged in, the can login or register. After registration/login, a simple "Payment"/"Make a Deposit" modal is shown. It may have a couple of accordion to simulate some kine of work/flow or selection capture. The final section will have a drop-down with preselected amounts, but also allow the user to enter a custom amount. After selecting the amount, another REST request is made to get game details. From the returned JSON a percentage amount will be added to the payment. Finally, from the payment modal, the user hits submit with a few details from the modal and gets a result which is a placeholder for a game (this is future work not part of this assignment). All work is to be tested on our servers and code checked in *daily* (if the assignments takes more than one day). Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a firm requirement. The developer will have occasional Skype discussions with other members of the team to discuss various aspects of the project. -All code is collaborated through an internal github server using git. The developer must have a proficient understanding of git and the ability to checkout branches, commit work, push and pull updates from remotes, merge branches, and resolve merge conflicts. -Strong familiarity with MVC and other architectural patterns that foster separation of concerns. This is an essential qualification and a firm requirement for all developers. -Strong experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, and other front-end development frameworks. -Strong experience in developing application with AngularJS. -Knowledge of JavaScript MVC frameworks. -Knowledge of JavaScript/UI libraries and their use in implementing AJAX solutions. -Knowledge of JSON. -Excellent knowledge of hand-coded HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and the DOM. -Strong experience in developing standards compliant, CSS based layouts. -Strong experience with cross browser compliance. -Knowledge of JavaScript design patterns. -Knowledge of Object Oriented JavaScript. -2 to 7 years of industry experience. -Must dominate at least one of the following libraries: jQuery -Knowledge of Bootstrap UI libraries. -Knowledge of AngularJS UI libraries. -Strong organisational and estimation skills. -Heroic get-it-done attitude, a team player and good communicator. -Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, able to manage time efficiently.
