E-shop design (Prestashop theme)

I would like to ask for design of my website, which will be available on www.zenfood.cz. It will be online shop for sushi bistro/fast food in Prague - Czech Republic. I will probably use Prestashop (if you have any other recommendation, let me know, but I choose this because of good references and open source distribution). So I am ask for Prestashop theme: It is for Sushi site, so i like some fresh looking design. Good example: [login to view URL] it looks good for me, i want something like this, but i would like to have shopping cart below right menu like in this template: [login to view URL] Second thing is that if it is possible I would like to have other functionality of right menu. I would like to load products from all categories at one page (I will not have too many categories and products) and right menu will only jump to right place in this page (right category part..) Like in this site: [login to view URL] This site is also good example of functionality what I want (similar Sushi shop also in Prague..) I will also need a logo design for this site (it should be something related to domain name [login to view URL], sushi or Japan generally). It will be good if this can be done as part of this project, but I can assign graphics and theme creation separately. Looking for your bids, if you need more detailed information, let me know.
