Fix a website menu for IE and Safari

I have a website that contains a slide in menu. The menu works well in Chrome and FireFox but does not behave correctly in Safari or IE. Symptoms: IE: will display the first level of the menu but any second level entries are not clickable. I feel like this may be a layer ordering issue. Safari: will display the menu correctly and click through. Once the menu is closed and re-opened, the menu items are all white until you hover over them again. Require assistance urgently. I'm not a web developer so these hacky little css tricks are unknown to me. I will require you to connect to my computer and resolve the issues.
