Google Maps API V3 Project

A Google Maps EXPERT is required for a project based on pets tracking. There is a device attached to a colar which receives the coordinates and sends it to my server on real time. My server stores the position in a MySql database for multiple devices working at the same time. The project requires a hardworking, self-motivated, proactive and very skilled person with full knowledge in Google Maps API V3 for deploying the following within the map: Customer user: - Tracking the customer position and showing a marker in real time. The marker must be reloaded every time a new position is received in the mysql table (around every 10 secs) and moved accordingly. - Show the markers of the rest of the customers on the map, following the same idea. - The customer must be able to draw a polygon "Safe Area" where the pet could move. If the pet is detected out of this area, an email must be sent to the customer alerting about it. - On mousemove over the markers, a infobubble must be shown with the users information. The customer must be able to configure their account, changing name and picture displayed for the rest of the customers, and also being able to login with Facebook or Twitter to display the same. The Facebook and Twitter credentials must be remembered by the site for future. - On mouse click over the other pet marker, a chat bubble must be shown. A customer must be able to chat with the rest of the online users, and save conversations accordingly for a certain period of time. - The customer must be also able to share what they are seeing on Facebook or Twitter at any time. - The customer must also be able to choose incognito or normal mode, meaning if they want to be seen by other customers or not. - The customer must be able to see only his own marker or every other marker on the map also. - The customer must be able to choose between different pet markers (dog, cat and other type). - The customer could also have more than one pet (with one colar per pet). If this is the case, the markers of his own must be differenced from the rest and work accordingly. Superuser / Admin (me): - The admin must also see all of the customers on the map, even if the customer chose incognito mode. - The admin must be able to add fake dog and cat markers on the map, and the rest of the customers must see them also. - The admin must be able to add markers indicating pet shops on the map, with different kind of infobubbles and information inside. The admin must be able to set up all this. * The options must be displayed in a menu, inside the map. ** The menu could be: A- (preferred) a circular menu which pops up when the customer clicks on their own pet or B- A Menu button floating on the right bottom corner of the map. *** The design of all elements, including map, markers, menu, buttons, text, shadows and effects must be PRO. Every item mentioned must be 100% finished and according to my expectations, else the job is not finished. The payment of the project is made once it is finished and the source code is handed over. The payment is made via Freelancer.com secure method. The offer goes from USD 200 to 400 depending on the expertise of the person. Any higher offer will be disregarded. Project period: 2 weeks to 1 month (max).
