Hiring a Long Term Flyers Designer

*Please read the entire description entirely before applying. Hello. I am looking for a Graphic Designer Expert who specialise in Flyers Design to join my team on project basis. I am looking for a professional who has graphic design skills and specialist in flyers design and Brochures Design to work for my company. Your first and primary task will be to make Flyers design you must be able to provide us a lot of revisions. You need to have experience in this already. Please send me your samples. I need someone who already has the skills and experience necessary for this position. If you don't include this in your posting, I will discard your application. I have some basic requirements that you must meet to be considered for the position. They are as follows: • You must have years of experience and a great portfolio. • You must be able to work and be available when I need you. • You must be available to chat on Skype daily (A webcam and microphone is not required!) • You must have a reliable internet connection • You must have well written English (or well spoken English)..... • You must have professional graphic design skills (Flyers Design in your speciality) • Constant communications on project is the most important. • You need to be trustworthy, when you begin a project you finish it. I need someone I can count on. • You must be OPEN and HONEST! I am only looking to hire someone to join my team if they are willing to be upfront with me on every level. If you don't understand something I ask of you, I expect you to be honest with me, so we can work through any issues together, and not waste time. Some other things to note: • This is a priority position! - To be considered for this position, you must be able to work for me in priority. This means other jobs, or freelance jobs must be your second priority! When I have work for you, you must be able to 100% focus on my project and not on other project you currently have. This is important, as I am looking for a serious person to join my team! • Probationary Period - The job will be a contract based, however, there will be a 4 week probationary period. If you pass the probationary period with no issues, then we can discuss you becoming a permanent team member. • When hired, you will be considered an Independent Contractor, rather than an actual employee (will not affect pay) You will need to attach your resume, along with a detailed explanation as to why you'd be a great candidate for this position. Be sure to mention all related past job experience as well. Please bid your hourly rate as your fixed price for ONE Flyers Concept. Post your turn-around time base on ONE Flyers Concept.
