Graphic Artist needed for T-shirt design for a sport event

Hi, I have a design that I need to have produced in vector format for a T-shirt that will be used in a mud volleyball tournament. I have attached files of what I need reproduced in vector format. The volleyball with mud on it that says Advanced Workzone Services, Mudzone 2010 will need to modified to say 2012 and would like to the no limit sign without the bolts and without the glare just a plain NO LIMIT sign with the volleyball player stick figure spiking the ball in between the words NO LIMIT in black, also need to have the sign and player with mud splashes on them. I provided the design of last years back side of shirt for refernce of the mud splash [url removed, login to view] will need to be finished within 24hrs.
