POSITION TITLE: Freelance Graphics Designer for Mobile Apps Company COMPENSATION: Expected pay ranges from £30-£100 per project. Pay varies on the specific task required as per duties listed below. POSITION DESCRIPTION & DUTIES: We require custom design work for the screen size and resolutions on iPhone and Android phones, to make our clients’ apps really stand out from the crowd. • Design and customize new or existing designs for our Mobile App projects i.e. background images & custom app icons. • Designing POS material for clients i.e. A4 posters, leaflets and window decals • Designing image slides for websites • Designing content to add to HTML email campaigns Must have strong English speaking and communication skills. Must also have a computer in good working condition and high-speed Internet access that is dependable. Must have specific working times that can be contacted via Email or Skype. Expect good work around times and to agreed schedule (this is dependent on work required and would be discussed and agreed on, before commencement). Skill Requirements: 2 year minimum understanding and skills in the areas of - Graphics Design for website layouts - Graphic art skills - Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and other graphics tools to create stunning graphics for our clients’ mobile phone apps and web images. Successful candidates will have the chance to be a part of our team on a more permanent basis not just on a per job request, as long as jobs are completed at a high standard and met within the required deadlines. COMPANY POLICIES: Team members are provided a Contract Hire Agreement as Independent Contractors and are NOT provided with lunch hour pay, breaks, holiday pay, or sick leave pay, as you are an independent contractor, and not an employee.
