We are a small-mid size business and tech consultancy in metro DC. We've had a non-existent "marketing" department for years; new leadership now, need to snap this into shape. We have determined that our Google Analytics data is full of holes, probably double-counting traffic, definitely not making any sense, and we need triage and remedy. Initial project is to provide customized recommendations based on an evaluation of our specific environment; best practices as relate to our industry and size of company; and actionable and immediate recommended solutions to get back on track with our Google Analytics environment. Must also consider data touchpoints with SFDC and Hubspot. Very likely opportunity to evolve this into a regular consulting gig to advise and guide nascent team as they come up to speed on GA, SEO, more.
