2D game development

i have attached the game screens which i made using photoshop. 3 different screens in total. its a simple game with just a ball bouncing inside a circle without losing its bounce effect. the circle will appear in different patterns (random generated patterns which will give less and less area to bounce as the time passes) and our aim would be to rotate the circle in order to keep the ball bouncing. if the ball leaves the circle then its game over. Start (1,2,3) jpegs will give you an idea of how the game proceeds and becomes more and more challenging for the player. what i really want to try here is to rotate the circle using the device itself. the challenging part for you is that the ball should always bounce up and down for the viewer regardless of the device rotation. so by rotating the device we are actually changing the gravity direction of the ball. will provide video for understanding if confused. Also i want to place following things - ads on the top part of the screen - an intro logo when the game starts - music starts playing when ball starts bouncing - sounds of button taps and ball bounce.
