Website ideas: The main aim of the website is to sell tickets for paintball events, and allow easy management of participants which will attend specific events. The secondary (potential future aim) is to also incorporate an online shop on the events webpage. PAINTBALL WEBSITE FEATURES Option 1 • Administration access o Changes to selected website copy o Website stats o Record of payments made o Record of bookings made • Allow creation and management of events • Allow PayPal payments using cards or PayPal logins • Static pages (about us,  contact,  etc) Notes • Login details only for admin • Participants can only buy event tickets, pay by paypal or cards paypal accepts • Email confirmation will be send to them • No add ons to the ticket Option 2- includes everything from option 1 too • Ability to handle users accounts • E-ticket Generation (also a confirmation email) - order number - barcode • Eticket data storage - show booking info in admin from barcode • E-ticket after sales processing - automated • Manually by sending emails to customers from an email account • User form signing and printing on admin side if required • Administration event view showing customer progress - system updated manually Notes • Manage customers - users will have their own individual account • Allows personalisation for logged in/ logged out customers • Bring up user order number in the admin view e.g. if user gives a order number, be able to view their ticket etc. Option 3- includes everything from option 1 and 2 too • Creation of shop interface • Allow management of shop products • Customer team allocation and admin management • Ability to email users when required from admin • Administration event view showing customer progress - automated process • Refunds tracking and processing • Addons products (eg paintballs, hire equipement etc.) • Email system in site, sending custom emails to event groups etc • Online checkin??
