Live!t TV - Flex

What I want is a kind OSMF player to be compiled in Flash Builder 4.6, such [login to view URL] But with source code and I just have a boderContainer and within this Player video and you can put a link I wanted to run it. Or to mp4 file or wva. This is a player to streamming TV channels. I already have all complete program lacks only the video player to do buffering of these links I pass. You can do this? I will add project images in Flash Builder 4.6 (Flex) and the video and I just have to go and link it work. Or I can even make a video.
