Need great web designer

Need a great web designer to create ORIGINAL, attractive , sleek web designs and logos. They must be fast loading very rich with clour and graphic when needed desinger must know what would be used to catch the eye of a certain audience and must an expert in CSS HTML, DHTML and flash and graphic editing using illustrator and photoshop and the sites must be compatible in all browsers. Please i do not want cookie cutters just editing templates premade for template monster and other sites. I could desing websites but i need some help while i handle othe rprojects. So please send the sites and logos you did already when you bid. If you need a deposit upfront then DO NOT BID PLEASE because i bad experiences in the past doing it this way.
