I will develop your capital raising strategy, plus develop pitch deck and test your business model. If you proposal is financially sound I have a network of tech investors.

We will work together to understand the proposal of a seed investor and see it's impact on company's future valuation and equity dilution by preparing several use-cases by building cap table, reading & understanding term sheets to analyse various parameters such as vesting, anti-dilution clause(s), Employee Stock options etc.

Worked in start-ups previously and made it among the top 100 start-ups in the industry. I have extensive experience in this space where I pitched to multiple investors. I also reviewed decks of numerous start-ups and helped them with the process. Started freelancing recently so happy to help!
