All this should ask in very friendly manner and he should not feel like you are analysing him and he should feel it as your personal and friendly questions while you writing his interview feedbacks
5. Start a small to medium level flirt if you feel he is comfortable in first four questions in this section from the starting of interview you should be in a really attractive and nicely exposing or exhibiting dresses. As you can't change in the middle be in that type of dress from starting of interview
Note: you don't have dress code for this interviews so you can use sexually exposing dresses which may help you to take him feel genuine and may get orginal reaction from him

your duty is to hire 8-10 senior men consultants with effieciency interview and character analysis in the way we mentioned above
