Hi, In your reference video, NEC has created a software which is totally real time artificial intelligence. Generally a Face recognition software needs seconds to identify but yours is relatively fast. Although there are plenty of SDKs available over internet to build Face recognition software but I am not sure if they are so fast and accurate. Thus, I believe we need to make a custom s/w.
