VBA with dynamic location copy.paste requirement

Need Excel VBA (Macro(s)) for building an Excel database in an existing spreadsheet, and backfilling data changes/updates made in one worksheet of that workbook read to that database back into separate database. The macro(s) will allow users to change or update data inputted in one worksheet, and have it copied and pasted (values) to another, then another, to allow the user to see updated reports. Location of backfilled data will change depending on the data to change, so identifying row and column paste locations will be a key to the successful macro.
