Survey Data Analysis

A survey has been created for a company that has multiple tools across multiple business units. The responses have been received, but now we need insight into the types of tools, the age of the tools (How old they are) and more importantly the performance of the tools. The data is not very complex, but the three groupings listed above is important. + The company has 9 business units. + Responses were received from 14 responders. + There are 60 questions (not all questions are pertinent or require response) + The excel document already has the responses I am looking to answer some of the following questions: + Types of control system types and 3-5 bullet points on this + Ages of the control system types (first at the aggregate level of ALL business units and secondly at the individual business units, which business units have older systems, etc) and 10-15 bullet points on this + Performance and reliability of control systems (how well is is the performing and which business units are impacted Notes: See draft deliverable and where Im looking to have bullet points added See data for individual points noted by business units that focused exclusively on non-networked systems Need insight into which ones are more than 15 years old.
