solid waste management routing and allocating bins

I'm looking for an experienced civil engineer who is able to route a village area where a garbage truck is routing this area with an experienced route. (skills google earth)

You have to first allocate the bins and then choose the perfect route.

The two villages are Rmeileh (Lebanon) and Hasrout(Lebanon).

All the data are provided in the excel file

Given is:

Excel sheets containing all the needed data for waste generation in the area specified.

Sample problem is found in the example pdf (slide 19 till 23)
