R Shiny / R for decision support system with product pricing (move from Excel)

I have a decision support system currently running in Excel and I want to hire a programmer to move it to R/R Shiny (with a reasonably friendly front-end.) Currently, inputs are some numeric data (such as current pricing of items, comes to me as an email and I want to manually enter the numbers into the system) and a spreadsheet of potential customers who might benefit from these items. Want a data processing system written which will take in each day's item pricing, then for each customer compute a profit/loss number (I have test cases already written we can use to verify), and then write an output file. Output file will contain results of these computations for each customer, for each item. Output file should be sorted per user spec (by customer name, by profit/loss, or other columns) and written to .csv or something else I can open back up in Excel. I'm looking to get this decision support system working either from cloud or on desktop to automate/minimize the manual work I currently have to do to figure out if an updated price would profit a customer or not.
