Post Form Data to Google Sheets and Format Sheet So Data Can Easily Be Calculated

NOTE: I won't respond to copy/paste entries! UPDATE: After reading some of the bids I'd like to clarify something: This is a simple project. Just make a connection between Zapier and Google Sheets and then format the sheet so the data is easy to read. Form: Made with Cognito Forms. Need someone who can do basic data extraction from a web form and put it in Google Sheets. Survey/Voting Form. I created a web form (hosted at an un-used, but active web host account of mine) for an employee awards banquet where I work. The employee's (about 50) will have three days sometime next week to vote for the winner in each of seven categories. I need the input data posted to a Google Sheet and formatted so I can sum the columns. However, it's a little bit tricky to calculate the winner and I want the person who takes this project to make sure that's figured out too. It's easiest to explain if I tell you the rules: The form can be viewed here: [login to view URL] There are 7 categories (Employee of the Year, Most Improved Employee, etc.). The navigation button to the next page won't appear until the 3rd choice is completed...but there are 7 pages. I need to be able to calculate the winner of each category. However, there are 3 choices for each category. Here's what each is worth: First Choice = 3 points Second Choice = 2 points Third Choice = 1 point The person with the most points in each category wins. I need to show the Top 3 in points in each category. Also, I haven't made the multi-line text fields ("Reason") mandatory yet, but it will be mandatory that each of those fields have at least 10 characters so you'll have to make room for those in the sheet and it should be readable. (Maybe you can post the results to a Google Sheet and also to an application where the data can be formatted like a letter. Idk. Only if it's too difficult to read the comment data in Google Sheets). Anyway, I guess you can use Zapier or Microsoft Flow. Or you can use a script. IF INTERESTED IN THIS PROJECT: Please send a short proposal telling me how you plan on doing the project so I know it's not just a copy/paste response and so we're on the same page. It doesn't need to be long. Two or three sentences should be enough.
