need a google sheets expert

i have a google sheet file/scripts that are currently quite buggy. i want to create a modification that should eliminate all bugs by changing the way the user interacts with the script notes: 1. currently there is a script called goLockloop that is triggered whenever the submit button at the bottom of the page is edited to a "yes". instead of having to wait for the user to submit the report, what i wish to happen is to have the reports submitted on a preplanned basis eg. every 10am and 10pm. 2. All other triggers that are usually triggered when the sheet is submitted must still work. a few things triggered when submitting a report are: email sending, excess sheet deletion, locking of current sheet and unlocking of next sheet, saving od workbook on friday submission, clearing of data on friday and sunday submission 3. i have deduced that the biggest cause of my errors are due to the submit button. There seems to be problems that come up when mobile internet is patchy where the file is used. Thus i am trying to eliminate this completely 4.
