Hire a Data Entry Clerk -- 3

I need an excel (.csv) file filled with data detailing specifications of new vehicles in NZ. I need people to download publicly available specification sheets off the manufacturer websites in New Zealand only. Example: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc and fill in the details on the spreadsheet including price, engine size, transmission, fuel type, etc. I will provide the template to be filled and need people to fill up the spreadsheet. I will be requiring an ongoing update to the spreadsheet as car models change regularly, so this will be ongoing work. Generally speaking I would like the .csv file updated every month. I don't mind handing out this to one person or 50 people ( 1 person per car brand). Before I commission the work I need to get a gauge of time it will take to complete and how much it will cost to create and maintain.
