For MS Word, I am used on setting formatting like fonts, alignments, spacing, page setups and inserting elements like objects. I am currently using Office 2010. For MS Excel, I am used on setting formulas, tables, text alignments, research data gathering, etc. I am currently using Office 2010. As long as I can glance easily from PDF to Excel/Word (look-and-type), it will be easier for me to process.
