EXCEL - Various Search and Match options for a set of 300 horiz and 230 vertical integers

Using the attached excel file. Macro, or VBA, I want to sort and maintain the format of the cells which are as follows: 1) exact value match to another cell (rows 2,3,4 , horizontal range Column N to XR) 2) next to (+/-1) from the value of another cell (rows 2,3,4 , horizontal range Column N to XR) 3) exact match to any of list of vertical 230 numbers 4) Divisible by any X number. Applicable to horiz search integers. Must follow exact format for the output results table, and have each result cell appear with its extracted original cell formats I want this done ASAP. Hope i can get it in next 3 hours. thanks.
