I currently have an excel sheet that I keep of all of the jobs that I am running. I use this as a way to keep track of the labor days that is required for each job and the month that I expect the work to take place.
I am looking to have a second sheet that takes the data from the first sheet ( The Labor Report) and give me the following information.
Total number of labor days per PM (Column C)
Total Labor per month per PM
This sheet should an additional tab on the original workbook, however, can we make the new sheet password protected?
On the Labor Report sheet, Row 2 is where it shows the date (month and year). Every month, I have to change the dates. For example, right now my dates run from Sept 2017 to August 2018. Obviously, have not updated the dates since September. But I have to delete the month just ended and add a the additional month on at the end. Then go and check to make sure all the math and forums are correct for the newly added month. Is there a better way to do this?
