Develop a MS Excel based Budget Monitoring System (BMS)

MG SILVA CONSULTORIA is a small enterprise based in Mozambique on its first year of operation. Our goal is to support grassroots organisations to provide excellent service and project management. Considering limited access to the internet and human resources capacities existing BMS is not fit to provide the expected results. Therefore we look into a simple and efficient system that can be operated from one single machine (laptop). We are operating with three (3) different partners institutions, that will function as independent financial units. For this reason, we need a BMS template that can be customised as we design and implement our activities. In practical terms, it means that the BMS has to provide the flexibility to allow a change in necessary information such as Budget Codes, Budget Areas, Budget lines description, unit and related amounts. The BMS developed in this context should be more like a BMS framework for each monetary unit to enter their specific budget details/data. See document attached.
