Hello I seek an open minded and creative individual who is able to assist me with my day to day tasks. You will need to be available during the daytime and hours are flexible however you will need to be available to respond to clients (via email and live chat) from 11am-5pm mon-free. Sydney AUS time General tasks that will be required are: Managing all client contact via email on my behalf including booking requests, availability requests etc. Database and customer contact management and updates - Daily basic wix website updates regarding my location and upcoming tours - Building and adding to spread sheets - Booking of hotel and accommodation on my behalf Scheduling jobs and losing with me regular regarding my availability - Calendar and diary management - answering of incoming calls via VOIP or Skype service from non clients (my mobile when i am unavailable) You must speak good English and have a good quality headset !! forum posting and review generating - Spreadsheets and data entry To be successful in this position you will need to be autonomous and self motivated in your work and able to think outside the box to research and adapt to your ever changing working environment! Explain a time when you have shown ability to think on your feet with little guidance. I worked in a customer service position involved dealing occasionally with irate customers. When that happened, I'd try to talk in a calm, even voice, in order to get the person to respond in a businesslike manner and focus on trying to resolve the situation. Most times I was able to rectify the problem and pacify the customer, but I remember one incident in particular in which the caller became verbally abusive. I tried to remain calm and professional and not to let my personal feelings enter into the situation. I didn't respond to the abuse, I just made a not of it and continued to help he customer as best I could

1. Have you any experience working within the adult/erotic industry? - Not so far, but I don't have a problem with it. 2. Explain a time when you have shown ability to think on your feet with little guidance. - When I was working as a Sales Executive and after as a Virtual Assistant I had many interractions with clients, and some of them were very unpleasant, but I had to think of a way to calm thrm and get them not to quit on our company, which I was able to do. That is so far my only working experience since I am only 21 years old, but I would like to expand it and be of help, and find a steady job where I can fit. I hope to hear from you.
