Behavior Data Collection

I need an Excel template that will be used to collect 10-second interval behavior data. I would like the therapist to start a trial by clicking a “Begin Trial” button. The therapist will mark a character “x” in the first activecell should he/she observe a relevant behavior. After 10 seconds, the cell offset to the right will become the activecell and again the therapist will have the opportunity to record data in that cell. This sequence should continue for the first minute then a new row should be inserted below to accept data for subsequent 10-second intervals in the second minute. This routine should continue, adding rows each minute, until the therapist clicks an “End Trial” button. Cells should be outlined as they become active and the rows labeled “Minute 1”, Minute 2, Minute 3 etc. as they are created.
