I frequently get large spreadsheets that need to be printed: 1. select only visible cells as the Print Area 2. Page Setup/Page set to landscape, fit to 1 page wide by 10 tall (spreadsheets are never bigger than 10 pages) 3. Page Setup/Margins 1.9cm all around, centred both horizontally and vertically 4. Page Setup/Header/Footer - header filename; footer page number of how many pages; 12 point font 5. Page Setup/sheet - print area - the visible cells set earlier; rows to repeat, top row only; gridlines on; row and column headings on; page order does than over I would need clear instructions as to how I can integrate your macro into my workflow
