Convert Single Column into Multiple Rows at Each Repeat Value with Excel Macro

I have an Excel spreadsheet that has a single column A. The column looks something like the attached example Excel spreadsheet where the column has <relation> and several lines below that there is an end point titled </relation>. I need the data to include <relation> and </relation> and everything between those points to be grouped into a single row for every instance where this happens. The Excel column has other data that needs to be ignored if it is not between <relation> and </relation>. In the attached Excel spreadsheet I highlighted the items in red that would have to be ignored by the Macro. I also highlighted the items in green where the <relation> begins. Starting in column C in the example Excel worksheet you can see how I would like the data to look like when they are made into multiple rows. You can use this example spreadsheet for testing that your macro works. I need the macro to search for the key word <relation> and </relation> for start and stop end points when creating a new row. I want the macro to use these key words because I will later edit the macro to search for other key words like <test> and </test> and have the data between these two key words create new rows for me.
