Our company is looking for a customer service VA to handle Facebook, Tickets, emails, paypal resolution center, etc... for our Italian ecommerce store. Candidate will also be required to complete translations for us each day. Translations include but not limited to, product descriptions, customer service template, emails, etc... Candidate will be required to work autonomously after a 1-2 week training period. Candidate can work their own hours as long as they handle the workload which tends to be roughly 1 hour per day. Sometimes less depending on ticket load.
I am a native Italian speaker and i have a C2 English certification. I have a lot of time on my hands since i am unemployed and translation from my native language to English shouldn't be hard.
