We are looking for Full Time Customer Service Specialist.
1) Answer customer service inquiries via email, live chat and Facebook in less than 12 hours (This KPI is very important)
2) 45-48 hours per week and able to work on weekdays and weekends.
3) $3 per hour during 3 months probation, after you have passed the probation we will assess you based on your performance
4) Full online job based from your home and needs to be always on Skype during designated office hours
5) We require excellent written communication skill in English
6) Fast and stable internet connection
7) Being social media savvy is an advantage
*We reserve the right to shorten the probation due to lack of performance, attitude, inability to reach KPI etc
Evaluation criteria for 3 month probation
1) Logic in answering customer questions
2) Tone, grammar, spelling
3) Able to achieve KPI
4) Promptness in replies
5) Follow up skills with internal staff and customers
