hi there, I’m Danba from China, currently living in Chengdu. I got my Master’s Degree in International Studies in Mariam College from the Philippines. I have over 10 years experiences providing translation services. I used to work with many International Organizations including USAID and UNESCO on document translations and oral interpretation. I also have 1-year experience in a Canadian gold mining company as a professional translator between 2006 to 2007. Apart from working as a freelance translator, I also provide long term translation services to two Lan Bridge, one of the biggest translation companies in China. I’ve been translating some legal documents for Lan Bridget, mostly materials related to U.S. Government policies. Besides translation, I also write in Chinese as a screenplay writer. I have a strong background in both English and Chinese languages. I used to work as a Communications Specialist under USAID sponsored project in China. One major part of my responsibilities is to draft project quarterly and annual reports for the project in English. I was on that position for 4 years before I shift to the Marketing Manager’s position right now. As for my Chinese language skill, I am a professional screenplay writer in Chinese.
