Acquire and Conduct Interviews

This is not your typical freelance job posting. I am looking to interview a few experts in my field for a training course I am developing online. I need someone to find people to interview and conduct these interviews in a professional manner in accordance with a set of guidelines I provide over Skype or Google Hangouts. The right candidate will have expert communication skills and will be able to conduct a friendly and entertaining interview with the subject following my guidelines but also with flexibility to discuss any new topics as they arise organically in the conversation. You must be comfortable communicating with academic professionals. Experience in the medical field, especially with what are called "Physician Assistants" in the USA, is a plus. You must be able to contact individuals to schedule interviews reliably and record said interviews preferably over Skype of similar software. You will upload the entire recorded interview to me. You do not need to edit any videos. You must have near fluent English with a minimally discernible accent. You must have the skills and software in place to record these interviews already as I cannot provide extensive training in that regard. And you must be able to communicate well enough to entice others to want to be interviewed by you. I can provide basic leads to academic programs but you will need to contact the programs to find individuals willing to be interviewed. I would like to pay a flat rate per interview delivered with a small stipend up front. You will also be authorized by me to offer a financial incentive to any who agree to have their interview recorded by you. I would initially like to acquire 8-10 recorded interviews with the opportunity to deliver more after.
