Hi, I bought a car, and when it came had many issues, so I reported it, they have a 14 days money back guaranteed, they said if you are not satisfied, we will issue the refund, now i said im not satisfied, could i have a refund, they trying to get out of it. i will provide all the emails. i just want to know where do i stand.

Well, I need to have all the papers like Date of Purchase and who was the owner on papers Next condition of refund in writing and applicable days to claim refund.
