Documents Pickup and courier

I am Aditya from Nadiad, Gujarat. I was in Hyderabad for eye treatment of my father. Treatment is completed and now we are at our hometown but the problem is now I want to submit all medical documents to the insurance company and some of the documents are left in the hospital. I want one person in Hyderabad who can visit the Insurance Office of LV Prasad eye institute and collect all the documents and do courier to my place. please please let me know if anyone is interested.
