Eight years of professional experience in Water hammer (Surge analysis) using Bentley water hammer and pipe net software. Able to select surge protection devices for upsurge (After pump trip the surge pressure is more than pipe design pressure) and down surge ( i.e pipe is not designed for full vacuum) such as stand by pipe, Air release valve, Surge tank, surge bladder vessels. Also familiar with pipe thickness, hydraulic calculation as per AWWA M11. Able to use regular ASME 31.1,31.3 piping guidelines for piping. Sample will be provided upon request.
