Intends to develop a small to medium sized residential building, consisting of a Ground + 2 floors, with main goals focused towards simplicity, maximum functionality, based on minimum space requirement, and cost effective design. The site area is 200+ sq yards (approx). Deliverables expectation: GF General Arch. Layout drawing (.dwg) 1F General Arch. Layout (.dwg) GF plan must have: -Space for motorcycle parking (up to 4). -Underground water reservoir. -Apartment with available space planned such a way that without partitioning walls, space can be transformed into a commercial space easily. 1F: Maximum no. of 2BHK apartments, must check the possibility to maximize no. of apartments based on minimum space allowances, for instance, the possibility of having 2x 2bhk and 1x 1bhk flats (bhk stands for bedroom, hall, kitchen). Typical 2 Bhk setup: 1 master bedroom with attached w/c & shower head. 1 bedroom 1 w/c common 1 living room Attachments (2) Site location & mark up. Site dimensions in feets.
