Hi Sr, I can design the ethernet switch that you need. In some recently projects I've made switches using the KSZ8997 and KSZ8895MQXCA of Micrel. In both designs I've implemented routing techniques of matching impedances and matching differential pairing to minimize the interferences and maintain the distortion in the accepted ranges. In the process I will give you the 3D files for you can see and check the board into the enclosure to be sure that all the dimensions and positions are ok.
